I provide in-person and individual teletherapy to adults (18 years and older) seeking to address a wide range of mental health goals. As a neurodiversity-affirming clinical social worker licensed in Maryland and Washington, DC, my style is empathetic and collaborative.
My previous experience includes providing individual, group and family therapy in a school-based mental health program for adolescents in Montgomery County, MD. I also served clients of all ages in a public mental health agency. In both positions, I supported clients who worked on goals related to anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, trauma, psychosis, self-harm, grief, self-esteem, immigration, life transitions and other topics.
I received a Masters in Social Work from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service.
Since I am licensed in both Maryland and Washington, DC, I am fortunate to work with a diverse client group whose identity, history and background vary. For every client, I use a strengths-based approach.
